A bit  of  winter  is  headed your  way..or  in my  case  already  here. The Wayward  market has  a lot  of  Winter  items  this  round along  with some  Holiday stuff. Today I’m  bringing you  an awesome  little  hut  available  at the event  along with  a  bit  of the  decor. Im also  used  something  new  by unkindness  thats  at SaNaRae, I  actually  used  both  versions, the with and without  lights  and  I think it  added  just the right  amount  of  texture  to the scene. I think it  would  be  need to  have them wrap around  my  entire  parcel. And..whats  winter without  snow covered  trees , brought to you  by  Little  branch..just  perfect. I was  looking  through  my  inventory  looking  for  winter  pines and  a friend  said  she  had the  perfect  ones..she was  correct. The  sways  Christmas  trees  are  amazing. Last  but  not  least I rezzed  two  older  items  from  8F8…for  me Christmas  isn’t  Christmas  with  him. Here’s to  you  iBi I  hope  you  get  better  soon.

Second star

Hello all, Enchantment  is  up and running  and the theme is Peter  pan. I  pulled  out some  of my  favorites from this round and set them up outside the  new  Apple Fall Manufactury thats available at TLC. Also from the  event  is the UK garden  logs. they are gorgeous.
I am  keeping this  post short, I fooled  myself  thinking  I was over the  hump with  my  recent  surgery…I was  wrong.. Now  that  I am  off the  meds its horrible.  I am  limited to  what  pain pills  I can take  because  my  remaining  kidney  is  in failure  already..so  no  pain  pills. I am also very nauseous so  only  up 4  or  5  hrs a day. But  I took this  picture  last  friday and  its  time  I  posted. I wish each and  every one  of you  a  happy  holiday..God  bless.

Hello Autumn

The  Gacha Garden  is still  going  strong and  it seems  Autumn/ Fall is  in the  air. Not  only  in SL but for  the  USA as well. While  I  love  the  colors af the season..I  hate  the temperature it brings…brrrrr. I  actually had this  shot  set  up  last  week, but needed another  operation to  finally end  my 2 years  of  constant  pain. Towards the end  I really  couldn’t  focus  on  much. I couldn’t  focus  on doing  what  I love  doing  in SL.
Landscaping and  taking  photo’s  have  been  my  relief from  my  Fathers  death and  my  own experience  with cancer of the  last  few  years. Its a  place  I  can  come  to  leave  all my  problems  at the door.
When  I ran  a Carpenters  crew I  always  had a ” worry tree” that  I would  bring everyday to work and  in  our  daily  meeting thats where  i wanted  my  team to  leave  all of they’re worries from  home life. I was responsible  for these  men and  needed them to  concentrate  on the task  at  hand.  I would  get the  crews  going and  leave  that tree  in the center of the  work site. Somedays   the  tree didn’t  last  very  long, as  it was  thrown branches  and  leaves  broke  off. Somedays  I  brought  home  something that looked  like  the  Charlie  Brown Christmas  Tree..but..I would  set that  on  my  front  door..and  shake the  shit  out  it right  after. I taught  my  children this  as well. I  wanted  home  to  be  like  my  job site..free  of  anything  that would  effect  beyond that door.
Art  has  always  been a  very  important part  of  my  life in one  form  or the  other. It fascinates  me what  one  can do with the  colors  the  world around  us provides.I think now  might  be the  time  for  me  to concentrate on that in RL.
My Fathers  estate  is somewhat settled  now and  while it  didn’t  turn  out as expected My  siblings and  I  can rest assured  that  whatever ”  junk” we  want from  his  barns  and  things  we  can now  go thru. We have all been thru so much and  have  been able  to get practically nothing…but..we  have  his ” junk”. We had  planned  on donating  most  of  his  land  to  the forest preserve so that a  park  could  have  been  named after  him so  his  legacy would  live  on,but are  unable  to  do  so  now.  With the  final judgement we  got  none  of that. My  plan  is  now to take  his “junk” and  make something  of  that. I  have a lot  to  learn as  far as welding…I  know  I can do  it. I want to  make  something  for everyone  in the  family something, something fishing  and  outdoor related. Then take  a bit  more  and  make  something for  the  county after  my Stepmother makes  her  move and sells  it. Perhaps I can get them  to at least  display it at  the  entrance  to  the  park.
With  all the  wonderful creature  here  in Sl I plan  on drawing  some  of  my  inspiration from them. I don’t  believe  I will ever  be  able  to  work again…only  God  and  time  know that answer so this  will also  become  my  RL  income. I have worked  my  whole  life..and  worked  hard..but  still don’t  like the  idea  of  not contributing what  I time  have  left to turn  my  Father’s  ”  junk”  into  a  legacy  of  his  own  making.  Most  I will  donate  game and  wildlife  centers, parks and  then  some  I will sell so that  maybe  one  day I will be  able  to  leave  my  mark  on this  world.  You can’t take  your  money with you, but  physical  things are  here  for  eternity.

There  is  one  other  thing I assure  of  at thats the quality of  all this ”  junk” so  make  sure  ya stop  by  the event  and  leave  your  mark  on SL.

Fairies

Hello all, I am sitting  here  trying to find the  words to  express my  thoughts  on this  picture…for  now  only  one  comes  to  mind…how  in the  hell do they get  pizza delivered?! Living the  fairy  life  must  be  a rough  one. Theres  no way  I can do without  pizza and  Mt Dew…and  theres  no  way  your  Second  life  can  do without  having this magical  little  garden that  Kei has  released  for  The Gacha  Garden. If  your  thinking that you  can I  have  news  for  ya…these  fairy’s actually  fly! Each  one  is  an  RC  item that you  can control yourself. Just  think…you  could  have a fairy  army! ( kinda  like  what  the Chicago  Bears  have  for a  team)
I again want to thank  both Cinder and Roxi for  taking the time  out  of their days  to  help me  with this…without them I could  not  have  done  it. They rezzed everything  and   sat  it  in place while I  held  my  camera  as still as  possible.  I’m sorta  not  use to that, usually  I find a  spot  on  my  own and  set things  up..this time  I had  to direct.
Tomorrow  is a  big  day …once again  I will be  going  under the  knife to get more of  my Godly  body taken out  of  me. ( what?!…I’m sure there  were  fat  out  of shape  gods…somewhere) Hopefully  after this  one its  done..I’m so  tired  of  being  sick, so  tired of  not  being..well..me.

The Bayou

Good Afternoon All!
I have  been slacking  lately I  know, but RL  has  been  kicking  my  ass. Complications from the surgery  have  basically  kept  me bed bound and  hospitalized. I hope  to be  back soon..time  will tell.

The Gacha  garden  opened  up with a  bang  and  peeps  are a  flowing there trying to get their fill of  all the  wonderful items  available. Today  I am  bringing  you  one  of the sets from the  event. UnKindness  released  a  fabulous bayou set. (  Roxi  even  gave  it  her  stamp of  approval …being  from Nola  she  can)…daym  it…I  forgot  to add a  gator!
I  added  one  of the  7mad;Ravens Swamp shacks..because..well it  matches  daym it.
last  but  not  least I threw  in little branches  offering  for faMESHed..these  trees  are  fantastic aren’t  they! For  more  of a  swampy  feel I also added his  cattails and the Banyan tree…which  by the way are  also really  nice.

Once  again..ill be  back soon. I want to thank  Roxi  and  Cinder  for  logging  me  in and  collecting all the  goodies  I hope soon to  be  able  to enjoy and  blog. I also want to thank all of  my sponsors and  everyone  that reads  my  little  blog… I  love  you  all.
