Vintage Flair

Hello all.  I  hope  each  and  everyone  of  you  had a  safe  and happy  holiday…now  get  back  to  work!
Zenith released  the  Vintage 1940 s dress @ Shiny  Shabby and..its  amazing.  I was  already  in a  vintage  mode   and  feeling  very Rockwellian when  Cinder  popped  this  on my  mind  went  straight  to  one  of  his  Saturday Evening  post  covers.
I set  about  trying  to  find  everything  I  needed  and soon found  out that what  I want  in  SL  and  what I am  able  to get  are  2  different  things. I swear  to  god  I’m going to   learn  how  to  make  my  own  poses…some  day… in the  very  far  future…as soon as  Cinder  learns. Speaking  of  Cinder…that  is  such a  fake  faint!

Hello once  again  everyone!
So there  I was  totally  bored  one  day and  then I was  passed  the  Nomad  advent  gift  for Kittycats..and  its  amazing! I  had  set  up  a  simple  shot  with  me sitting  and  relaxing  at  home and  all  was  good. About  an  hr  into  it everyone  logged  out  to  either  go  eat, go  shopping…whatever  and  I was  left  to  my  own devices…thats  a  bad  thing. I thought  to  myself  WWJD ( What  Would Jarath Do ) and  this  is  the  result!
I want  to  mention the  SSC My Feetie Pj’s that are  at  frost they  come  with  a  texture change  hud  so  not  only  are  they  good  for  a  christmas  theme but  year  round. The  fit  is  perfect  as  well….go get  you  some!
You  might  have  noticed  a  few  cats  in the  picture…Im blaming  two  people…ok…three.  Nino Heartsdale  runs  an auction  and  contacted  Roxi  a  few  months  back wanting  to  use  some  of  her  photo’s  as  backdrops  in her  auction. Roxi agreed and  that  next  saturday  the  crew  headed  to  the  auction to  see  what  Nino  had  done  with  them. Now  I say  we  headed out  but  it  was  more  like  we were  dragged. One  thing  led  to  another  and  before  you  know  it  Roxi  and  Jarath  have  a  gazillion  cats while  Cinder  and  I are  just  sitting  back  watching  the  madness  happen…that  is until Cinder saw  a  kitty  she  wanted…daym  it( The bottom  left one).

I suppose  I  might  need  a  trip to  a different psychologist after this  one….perhaps  choosing Hannibal Lecter as  mine  wasn’t  my  greatest  move. I  couldn’t  help it  though , I saw  the  Pretty  Santa  Mask  and  had  to  have  it…it  all went  down  hill after that.

Don’t Wreck It!

Hello folks!
I  need  to  know  something…why  is  it  when  a  couple  gets a  new  vehicle the  woman gets  it  and  the  man gets to  drive  the  old  ratty  one?! Hell if  they  don’t  have  a  ratty one..the  man  is  stuck  watching  and  waiting  until  the woman  gets  done! Thats  what  happened  when  i  managed  to get  the Sau  rare  from  The  Mens  dept… Cinder  hopped  her  ass  right  on  it  and  claimed  it!.she  even  sprayed perfume  all over  it  and  hung  an  air  freshener. … and  to  be  honest… the  seat  now  has  her  ass  print  on  it.

Winter Pond

Brrr  its  cold  out  here…there  must  be  a  chill  in the  atmosphere. I would  love  to tell you  once  again that winter’s  grip is  firmly  held  in  Chicago…but  i would  be  lying..amazingly  its  been  quite  warm  with  highs  in the  50’s  to  mid  60’s… I’m so  happy.  Even  though  I hate  winter, Christmas  wouldn’t  be  Christmas  without  snow..daym  it.. so  I  am  looking  forward to  a  bit  of  it…just  enough  to  last  until the  day  after  christmas…then  all that  can  go!

Man sakes  alive there  is  too  much  stuff  coming  out and  its all  wonderful!
Coming  from  the  north  I see snow….alot so it should  be  no  surprise… I freakin hate  it lol. I  know, I  know all you  people  that don’t ever  get  a chance  to see  it  are  ready  to  kill  me  right  now..but  I would  much rather  spend  my  Christmas  swimming  in a  pool than  hovering  over  a heater. But I  have  to  admit that  once  everything  is  covered  in snow…it’s  beautiful….until ya  have  to  shovel your  way  out.
I was getting  all these  winter  blogger  packs  and  trying to  come  up with  something  to  do. I had  tried  my  luck  at the arcade and  once  again  had  none…but…but I  know  people that  know  people.( thanks Cinder!) I  was able  to  borrow the  finishing  pieces to this  post (  The  RO  Rare’s  ) from  Cinders  friend Missy and  here  is the  result. It’s  not  often  you  find  someone thats  willing to  do  what  she  did…so I am  also  including a  most  gracious link to her  resale  shop.
